- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My other half ordered a pizza, they sent the wrong one. Called to say not a problem, we just wanted it swapped out, only for a creepy guy who turned out to be the owner to say we would have to pay for the old and new one. Pointed out we had a recording of the call, he said "we dont make mistakes hun" and hung up on her. Took the recording down only for him to still maintain he did nothing wrong because we didnt say chicken or lamb Korma, so sending a non-korma pizza was not his mistake. Mistakes happen but they dont know how to treat a customer, hate to think what their hygeine is like if they think this is an acceptable way to treat customers.By williamnisbet, August 18, 2019
